BreakReminder is a small program that reminds of taking breaks while sitting at the computer. It runs on Mac, Linux and Windows. It is free.

The Break Reminder program is written in Java. It requires Java Runtime Environment 1.5 or newer. It is available for free at Sun's Java SE Downloads page.

Download and Install

The Break Reminder application can be downloaded from and installed on Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows XP computers.
